New season of Bigg Boss
Buoyant after the stupendous success of his latest movie ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, Khan appeared in the first look of the show Friday night.
Salman was seen sporting a stubble, perhaps, his look for Sher Khan, his next movie.
“Celebrity banne ki ab aap ki hai bari. toh come inside the Bigg Boss mansion, pay attention,” he says.
In order to be a part of the show, you will have to send an SMS or log on to the website of Colors India, the channel which hosts the reality show.
Select people will be called for participation in a contest and the winners will be able to enter Bigg Boss 6. This time, Salman says, that the show will be cleaner and friendlier.
Controversial show
Celebrity contestants stay in the Bigg Boss house for a period of about three months. They are completely cut-off from the outside world during this time span and their movements are closely monitored by a mysterious person named ‘Bigg Boss’.
The starry tantrums, sultry divas and certain controversial acts have made the show quite popular among masses. This time the focus shifts from celebrities to the common man, their morals and lives. Salman is said to the main driving force behind these changes.
The likes of porn actress Sunny Leone, Hollywood damsel Pamela Anderson, Great Khali, Kamaal R Khan, former dacoit Seema Parihar and numerous wannabe stars and starlets have participated in its previous editions.
The show will go on air some time in October. It remains to be seen whether the new season will retain its high TRP rankings without the celebrities who attract huge crowds.
Salman Khan will be the host of the show for third time. Last time, Sanjay Dutt was Salman’s co-host of the show. Superstar Amitabh Bachchan and Shilpa Shetty have hosted earlier seasons of Bigg Boss.
